Job Responsibilities:


  • The Site Development Manager will provide leadership, expertise, communications, quality control, guidance and support for market site development activities related but not limited to: wireless telecom construction, construction design specific to all types of wireless communication sites, construction quality standards, Site acquisition, real estate, zoning, site compliance and external affairs.
  • Strong vendor manager / PM role. Needs to have Polish
  • Strong Project Manager with solid Real Estate exp.
  • Someone who is data Savvy / will work heavily in Excel / Pivot Tables etc. Must be an Excel Guru.
  • Must have Experience leading large-scale projects for major wireless carriers, will handle site acquisition, agreement negotiations, entitlement procurement, permitting, and network modifications.
  • Provides value to the development and construction functions by ensuring the consistent high quality and timeliness of delivery of operational and project-based development activities.
  • Is the central point of contact and responsibility for planning, coordinating, resourcing, communicating, executing, and controlling the development and construction initiatives. Ensures consistency in processes, reporting, forecasting, data integrity, siting solutions, vendor qualification, vendor contract management, and vendor pricing.


  • Required Background: Must have local jurisdictional knowledge.
  • Need to understand permitting, zoning processes end to end and how to navigate the permitting and leasing process for new site builds, reviewing lease/ lease negotiations.
  • Must be very strong with Excel; role would involve keeping trackers up to date, organized and inputting data/data management. strong organization- detail oriented, tech savvy.
  • Nice to Have: Candidates with previous Telecom experience is a plus.
