JOB TITLE: Network Real Estate Specialist

Duration: 12+Month

Location: Chandler, AZ

Hybrid : 3 days a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office

Job Description:

  • The Real Estate Specialist supports Network Engineering and Implementation, leveraging 3rd Party consultants to maximize the number of new projects successfully Leased and Zoned.
  • Candidates will be an independent starter with experience driving projects to completion, managing on-line systems, and interfacing with Project Management, Construction and Regulatory teams.


NOTE: This position will handle macro site modifications in multiple markets.

  • The Real Estate Specialist must demonstrate professionalism by promptly responding to email and phone calls, participating in meetings, identifying and clearly explaining issues, and proposing solutions.
  • Adherence to documented standards and procedures is essential.
  • Must be able to interpret and understand policies and procedures and effectively communicate them to third parties.
  • Must be able to resolve issues as they arise by interfacing with Landlords, government agencies, and property managers.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years working in Real Estate site acquisition in a Wireless Telecommunication environment.
  • Candidates must be local to the Phoenix/Chandler AZ area.
  • Proficiency with computers including MS Office, and Google Suites required, Excel and Google Sheets preferred.
  • Experience in contract management or project management is desirable. Must be able to troubleshoot, analyze and solve problems and be creative in determining solutions.
  • Must have knowledge of legal and financial terms and ability to read and interpret contracts.
