QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

-Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in Automotive industry

-Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve targets in a competitive market environment.

-Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.

-Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

-Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

-Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools and technologies.


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in sales, business development, or account management in the li-ion/energy storage systems or automotive industry a plus.

Degree Level: Bachelors

Field: Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
