  • The ideal candidate for this role will help track success of Customer Success and Partner (CSP) Marketing campaigns and initiatives. Success in this position will be defined by the ability to process metrics as well as developing workflow improvements for 3 CSP teams.
  • The Business Operations Analyst will be a valuable asset for the teams and trusted advisor to team managers.
  • He/she will be responsible for supporting CSP organization in an operational capacity -- compiling, analyzing, and relaying metrics to stakeholders as well as enhancing existing or establishing new processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with and collaborate with leadership from CSP teams and cross-functional departments as needed
  • Participate in regular cross-functional, cross-product operations alignment conversations
  • Provide operational support to business leaders by: Assisting in development of scorecard metrics for CSP leadership .
  • Identifying, executing, and owning reporting and key performance indicator needs for CSP. Conducting analysis to define recommendations to be shared with CFL leadership.
  • Delivering regular metric reviews . Serve as the operations subject-matter expert and advisor for assigned teams . Propose, scope, and implement new/improved tools and processes that affect operations/scale for assigned teams . Assist with execution of key programs and initiatives

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills; ability to grow and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability at effectively making formal and informal presentations to all levels of management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in Excel. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Computer Science or related field, plus at least one to two years of experience in a similar position.
