About the Role

As the After Market Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing and holding staff accountable, driving accountability throughout the After Market Team. Manage all After Market support and Sales activities, ensuring the expedient execution of all deliverables – (install/parts/service/training/modernization). You will develop and implement After Market programs that achieve and/or exceed Annual Budget Targets. You will be responsible for Customer Satisfaction; you will establish a strong working relationship with customers, and proactively communicate with key customer contacts. You will appropriately resolve customer satisfaction concerns with urgency. Establish best practices, procedures, methodologies, and standards for the department in areas of Technical Support, Field Service, Training, Modernization and After Market Sales.


In this role you are responsible for:


  • Providing department activity reports to organization regularly
  • After Market Department staff development and staffing
  • Being a member of the leadership team, you will provide weekly updates on assigned metrics and complete assigned actions in a timely manner.
  • Assist in establishing revenue and P&L budgets. Accountable for achieving established budgets
  • Support and demonstrate the Coesia Values through words, actions and gestures.


What You Need to be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
  • 5 or more years of progressive leadership experience in the field
  • 5 or more years of increasing revenue generation while leading a profit center
  • Demonstrated problem solver in a technical environment
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Products
