Location: 1st week training in Warrendale, PA 15086 then Hybrid - On-site once a week on Wednesdays

Duration: 12-month, likelihood for extension

Start Date: ASAP

Must Haves:

  • Tier 1 Ticketing Support
  • Extremely personable, strong communication, and connectivity
  • Familiarity with Cisco Switches
  • General networking knowledge & capabilities – for ex. OSI model, TCP/PIP Flows, cloud connectivity

Plusses:

  • Familiarity with SD WAN
  • Experience working in a Cisco environment
  • Palo Alto Firewalls
  • Experience working with Meraki
  • Experience with monitoring tools i.e. SolarWinds

Day to day:

Insight Global is looking for a Network Administrator to join a large retail client in the Warrendale area. Candidate will support the retail network infrastructure through basic Tier 1 support. They will be working off of a JIRA ticketing system to fulfill requests and support multiple stores nationwide. He/She will partner alongside the help desk team to support cross fucntional groups with general networking assistance.



Compensation:

$19/hr to $24/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
