About the Role


We are looking for an outstanding, success-driven, growth-oriented, and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our growing Product team. This is a rare opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping new consumption paradigms by owning TULU’s consumer journey, driving funnel performance and creating amazing experiences for our users. You will join an extremely passionate and talented team of engineers, designers, architects, marketers, and more, using cutting-edge technologies and practices, and will work on:


  • Crafting and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area.
  • Meeting or exceeding targets for member conversion, usage, and retention.
  • Identifying growth opportunities, developing product initiatives, and fostering a team culture of high-velocity experimentation and improvement.
  • Leading both qualitative and quantitative research and conducting research to drive the best outcome for both the customer and business.


About You


You are a visionary, creative, intellectually curious and fearless person who is fascinated by the challenges of changing human behavior. You are also KPI-oriented, with an addiction to data and a love for creation, you have an extreme sense of ownership in everything you do and a huge passion for real-life products and for building great consumer journeys. You look to be measured by your results, embrace the long road, know what success looks like, and are restless until you achieve it. You enjoy working hard, and most importantly, you have fun doing it.

 

You also have:


  • 5+ years of consumer mobile PM experience in the B2C space, with a track record of driving user growth.
  • Strong experimentation skills, including A/B testing, results analysis, and iterative development.
  • Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Experience working independently with analytics tools such Mixpanel or Google analytics.
  • Customer-obsession and a deep empathy and appreciation for user needs.
  • Experience with subscription models is a plus
  • Sense of urgency to achieve great things in life (essential)
