Job Description:


KTL Solutions , a Microsoft Partner, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead our Microsoft Projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a strong leadership presence, and a proven track record in managing complex IT projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of steering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage IT migration projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.

• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively finding solutions to potential roadblocks.

• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall as appropriate.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.

• Manage project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and post-project reviews.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT migration or similar projects.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
