Position Overview:
Take the opportunity to make a significant impact as a Senior Logistics Analyst in support of our Government client, facilitating the transition of products from the research and development phase to the ongoing support of medical products, devices, and systems utilized in military operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that logistics and supply chain requirements are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers to create and refine logistics documentation.
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain essential supportability documents, including Lifecycle Sustainment Plans.
- Facilitate maintenance and support coordination for Department of Defense users and logistics contacts.
- Prepare and update necessary management and acquisition documentation for program briefings and evaluations.
- Conduct evaluations on technology base and product development efforts to ensure sustainability of medical and non-medical products.
- Support critical logistics functions to maintain supply chain continuity.
- Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and logistics databases to provide current metrics for deployable assets.
- Identify and document technical parameters of equipment, including illustrations and diagrams for agency publications.
- Review discrepancies between Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) documentation and agency publications, providing insights for corrective actions.
- Engage in discussions regarding new or replacement medical equipment to ensure effective planning and information sharing.
- Provide logistics support throughout the Combat Support Hospital to Hospital Center Force Design Update.
- Document essential characteristics for medical device modernization projects.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant logistics or procurement field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of logistics management principles.
- Security Clearance: Minimum T3 suitability required.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Location: Hybrid work model available.
- Travel: Not required.
- US Citizenship: Required.
