Role Summary: We are looking for a highly data-driven Growth Manager with extensive experience in the B2B software market. With a minimum of three years in strategic marketing roles, particularly in mortgage software, the ideal candidate will spearhead our growth initiatives, focusing heavily on data-driven decision making. This role will lead our marketing initiatives, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, online/offline events, webinars, and leading the future marketing team to deliver targeted results that align with Zeitro’s business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust, data-driven marketing strategies that effectively position our mortgage software in the market.
  • Organize and lead offline events and webinars, utilizing data to tailor content that meets the needs of Zeitro and our clients.
  • Harness sophisticated analytics to drive all marketing decisions, optimizing campaigns and measuring the impact of various initiatives, including webinars and other client engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business strategies and contribute to company objectives.
  • Produce and manage compelling, data-informed content across various platforms to engage and educate our target audience.
  • Supervise the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently based on data-driven insights.


Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of marketing experience, with a specific focus on B2B marketing in the mortgage software industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing successful data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and the use of campaign management tools to deliver measurable results.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
