Position Overview:

The Superintendent/Senior Superintendent will oversee all on-site aspects of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage project teams, subcontractors, and schedules.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight:
  • Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure projects are completed according to design, budget, and schedule.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor project teams, including subcontractors and field staff.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Foster a positive work environment and encourage open communication among team members.
  • Scheduling and Planning:
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
  • Coordinate work activities with subcontractors to optimize project efficiency.

  • Enforce safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment for all team members.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.

Qualifications:
