The main objective for this position is to be a Code Coach that leads instruction of Code Labs (www.codefiworks.com/codelabs), our workforce training program that introduces individuals to computer programming to gain entry-level employment in the tech sector.


Approximately 60% of time for this position will be as a Code Coach for Code Labs supporting participants. The other 40% will be dedicated to software development with the Codefi Labs team. These projects are generally for companies in Codefi's startup programs. Oftentimes there are paid work experience individuals (Code Lab's graduates) where Code Coaches are tech leads who will work closely with them to have continued on-the-job-training.
