Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Ashburn Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and develop software solutions
  • Design and implement client-side and server-side architecture
  • Build visually appealing front-end applications
  • Develop and manage databases and applications
  • Write effective APIs
  • Test software for responsiveness and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and debug software
  • Implement security and data protection settings
  • Develop mobile-responsive features and applications
  • Write technical documentation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience; master's degree and 6 years of related experience; high school diploma/equivalent and 12 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 7 years of technical experience with software design, development, and implementation in a Windows environment using PostgreSQL, Java Spring Boot, Typescript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML and Angular
  • U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) background investigation prior to start
  • US Citizenship
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an Agile, DevSecOps software environment using CI/CD pipeline tools
  • Demonstrated communication skills, including building relationships, fostering a collaborative work environment, and leading design-related conversations
  • Knowledge of the Angular framework and Angular Material
  • Knowledge of how to create Angular components and services
  • Experience upgrading AngularJS projects to Angular
  • Experience using Java Spring Boot to develop Single Page Applications using a modern UI framework backed by RESTful services
  • Experience creating reusable libraries
  • Experience conducting code reviews and leading tests to maximize quality code
  • Experience implementing new features by transforming mockups into fully functional user interfaces
  • Experience integrating code with API-enabled microservices
  • Experience optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Experience with Object-Oriented design and development
  • Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture
  • Experience with source code control systems and concurrent development workflows (Git preferred)
  • Technical Certifications (i.e. AWS Developer, Solutions Architect, Java OCP, etc.)
  • Experience providing production support for applications utilizing Oracle databases
