Robert Half is working with a client looking to bring on a marketing events specialist. This role is pivotal in planning and executing major events, including dealer meetings, trade shows, and corporate events. You'll be responsible for selecting sites, vendors, and managing all event logistics from budgeting to execution. This includes managing relationships with agencies to ensure creative and financial goals are met, overseeing dealer co-op management, and maintaining strong, responsive relationships with dealers. Additionally, you'll coordinate all aspects of trade show participation, from booth setup to marketing materials, and manage the logistics of regional dealer meetings and other corporate events.


This role is 5 days a week onsite in North Atlanta.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all logistics for major events and trade shows, including site and vendor selection, event components sourcing, and staffing plans.
  • Manage agency relationships for advertising and creative support, dealer co-op management, and budgeting.
  • Foster strong dealer relationships through effective communication and quick responsiveness.
  • Coordinate trade show logistics, including registration, equipment rental, marketing materials, and on-site logistics.
  • Plan and execute regional dealer meetings and corporate events, including hotel contracts, food and beverage arrangements, and attendee communications.
  • Lead the execution of exhibit and marketing strategies for key industry events.
  • Oversee trade show budget management and vendor relations.
  • Handle marketing communications, including email campaigns, dealer and staff communications, merchandise development, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Manage marketing-related administrative tasks, CRM database, and digital campaign coordination.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, events management, and communications.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing tools, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, and content management systems.
  • Exceptional event management, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external teams.
