Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, number of months worked, as well as internal equity among our team.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be able to produce high-quality multimedia content that is compelling, authentic, engaging and can distinguish St. Scholastica’s brand, programs, student experiences, events and Athletics

Minimum one year of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or creative role

Intermediate photography experience

Intermediate experience with video production and editing.

Intermediate experience creating a variety of digital and print designs

Experience using Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, and Illustrator

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Can work well in a collaborative environment

Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects within assigned time frames

Responsibilities

This position will support the College’s efforts by producing a variety of digital content for web including graphics, photography and video

Produce high-quality, relevant content for multiple digital channels including website, social media, email campaigns and more

Collaborate with the MarComm team to determine appropriate visual elements to illustrate specific stories, campaigns and collateral

Conduct interviews, photo and video shoots

Create graphics and templates for social media and video content

Produce and edit videos for a variety of platforms including our website, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok

Communicate effectively with staff, faculty, students and community members

Maintain an organized asset library and digital workspace
