Job Description:

As the CROW Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the processes and movement of materials and supplies.

Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

●    Managing the flow of materials and supplies for all events.

●    Keeping impeccable records of all movements of materials and supplies. 

●    Ensuring timely packing and unpacking of materials and supplies.

●    Cleaning and maintaining materials and supplies.

●    Making requests for purchasing of materials and supplies relevant to the upcoming events in a timely manner.

●    Maintaining regular communication, providing updates, and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

●    Staying informed and available due to rapidly changing event details.

●    Ability to safely and reliably lift over 50 lbs and frequently traverse stairs.

●    Other projects as requested.

 

Qualifications, Skills & Traits:

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications, skills, and traits:

●    Proficiency in maintaining detailed records in databases and working documents using CRM systems like HubSpot, Asana, and the Google Drive suite.

●    Exceptional organizational skills, project management skills, and attention to detail in a dynamic environment. 

●    Demonstrated experience working with diverse individuals, and maintaining records and data in a dynamic professional environment.

●    Exceptional communication skills in English, including proficiency in phone calls, emails, texting, video call platforms like Zoom, social media, and managing multiple calendars.

●    Flexibility and adaptability with a positive attitude, and references to support trustworthiness and reliability.

●    Reliable transportation.

 

Schedule:

Please note that this position is part-time with a flexible schedule based on business needs. You will be responsible for meeting goals in a timely manner, but you will have the flexibility to determine your own schedule within business needs.

●    Part-Time Role: 0-30 hours weekly

●    Flexible Schedule, determined by business needs

As this role is dependent on the activities of our highly fluctuating and seasonal business, we are unable to precisely predict the hours required. We expect the incumbent to keep a record of their hours and report them accordingly.

 

Timeline & Compensation:

Pay is $20/hr. Part time and flexible.

  • You will begin with a three-month trial period, allowing time for you to familiarize yourself with the company, its goals, team members, and the market. After the three-month trial period, the CROW founder will meet to review compatibility, progress, and growth potential of the role. CROW Practice is committed to the development and growth of its staff, and often offers staff members other opportunities for income including staffing events, special projects, etc.
