Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Supervise the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise to ensure accurate and timely inventory levels.
  • Stockroom Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom environment to facilitate easy access to merchandise.
  • Merchandise Flow: Ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and replenished on the sales floor to meet customer demand.
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to sales associates on stockroom organization and replenishment processes.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the store management team, sales associates, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a retail or inventory management environment.
  • Skills: Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, customer engagement skills, and ability to communicate effectively with customers, team, and supervisor.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis, stand for long periods of time, and climb up and down a ladder.
