Paralegal

Independent Contractor, Part-Time · Remote or Greater Seattle Area

Concord Technologies is currently seeking a junior paralegal to assist its growing team in Seattle, Washington. The paralegal will work closely with Concord’s legal team to help manage and organize its heavy workload. You will be part of the fast-paced environment when you help a.) support the legal team by performing various administrative tasks, b.) organize our contract management system, and c.) assist in the review of sales contracts

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, project tracking, and organization
  • Help organize the contract management system
  • Assist with the review of customer contracts
  • Prepare reports for the Chief Legal Counsel.
  • Observe and maintain strict confidentiality

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years of experience as a paralegal/legal assistant in a law firm or a business.
  • Experience reviewing complex contracts.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and multi-task.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth organization
  • Experience with HIPAA and/or data privacy law a plus.


Compensation Range: $30 – 35/hr. Range can flux dependent on experience, education/training, etc.
