The Position

Qualifications
•Must have a bachelors degree; a BA in Paralegal Studies and/or or Paralegal Certificate is a plus
•1+ years litigation paralegal experience
•Strong analytical and communication skills both oral and written
•Ability to exercise professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential and sensitive information is required
•Demonstrated ability to employ team collaboration software is a plus
•Experience with Electronically Stored Information and document management systems, including computer-assisted review technologies, a plus

Responsibilities
•Manage and respond to litigation discovery requests, including assisting with discovery requests and document productions
•Closely and effectively collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders inside and outside the Firm
•Obtaining and managing client documents, including electronic data, and determining potential existence of documents that may be relevant to each case
•Maintain and organize evidentiary data and case-related information pursuant to best records management practices across a wide array of case files and documentation

A variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, other business and organizational needs, and other factors permitted by law. The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000.  This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses. Final salary wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances.  This position is considered full-time and therefore qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
