Responsibilities:


Identify Data Discrepancies: Proactively identify and address data discrepancies within HR systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.


Maintain HRIS Systems: Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of HRIS systems, particularly Workday HCM, through regular maintenance and optimization efforts.


Develop Workday Reports and Workday Dashboards: Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.


User Support and Issue Resolution: Act as a primary point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues, providing timely support to HR and business end-users, and effectively triaging post-production support tickets in JIRA or ServiceNow.


Collaborate on System Enhancements: Partner with IT and HR teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations within the Workday environment, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.


Ensure Data Compliance: Uphold compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies related to HR data handling, storage, and reporting.
