Responsibilities: Identify Data Discrepancies: Proactively identify and address data discrepancies within HR systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Maintain HRIS Systems: Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of HRIS systems, particularly Workday HCM, through regular maintenance and optimization efforts. Develop Workday Reports and Workday Dashboards: Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools. User Support and Issue Resolution: Act as a primary point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues, providing timely support to HR and business end-users, and effectively triaging post-production support tickets in JIRA or ServiceNow. Collaborate on System Enhancements: Partner with IT and HR teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations within the Workday environment, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives. Ensure Data Compliance: Uphold compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies related to HR data handling, storage, and reporting. Manage HR Information: Oversee HR information management processes, including data governance, integrity, and security within Workday HCM. Workday Data Integration: Deep understanding of Workday data architecture and integration capabilities to support system integrations and data flows for reporting and operational purposes. Maintain Critical Data Elements: Manage and maintain critical HR data elements, including LEAP structures and system architecture through regular auditing, to support accurate reporting and system functionality.

Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. • Career HR Practitioner or HCM Implementation Consultant with proven, hands-on experience (5+ years) within HRIS/HRIM with Workday HCM servicing as the centralized data platform. Deep understanding of Workday HCM, Workday Report Writer, Workday data architecture, and integration principles. • Proficiency in triaging post-production support tickets in JIRA or ServiceNow. • Customer focused with he ability to resolved end-user inquiries effectively and efficiently. • Excellent troubleshooting skills and proactiveness to problem-solve, self-learn, and solution independently. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT and HR departments. • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and experience ensuring compliance in HR data management practices. • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Characteristics: • Master's degree in Information Technology, Software Development, or related. • Commitment to staying updated with Workday HCM developments and industry best practices in HR technology to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization. • Ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and take initiative in proposing and implementing process improvements and system enhancements. • Experience with technical administration for other HRIS Systems (ie: user creation/troubleshooting in systems that are fed by HCM data)
