Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive growth for our Uber Black partner company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the transportation industry. This role is commission based for the first quarter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and support to help them achieve their sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base and increase revenue within the luxury commercial transportation market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation network companies, the Limo Service Workers Union, and other key industry partners
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize our sales approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Participate in contract negotiations and closing deals with high-value clients
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our services and expand our network

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the transportation or luxury services industry
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of the transportation industry, including key players, market trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in sales-related software and tools, such as CRM systems and data analysis platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
