We are looking for a Retention Marketing Specialist to lead retention marketing efforts across multiple brands. This is a full-time position reporting to the VP of E-Commerce.


This role will start at remote, and then be Hybrid out of our Giant Propeller Agency offices in Miami


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate transactional and relationship emails
  • Implement customer engagement and retention planning
  • Manage main customer programs ranging from referral, loyalty, and customer offers
  • Create e-mail concepts based on product assortments and the promotional calendar generated by the product team
  • Manage and create E-mail and SMS calendar in ASANA
  • Write finished email copy including subject lines
  • Design customer segments for improved e-mail and SMS performance
  • Manage drip campaigns for e-mail and SMS
  • Conduct weekly analyses to highlight important insights and report on metrics. Lead the results of the programs and suggest improvement opportunities.
  • Implement test and learn opportunities to guide insights and develop a business case for new experiments (e-mail and SMS A/B testing)
  • Collaborate with senior manager to perform customer and competitive analysis to help identify whitespace opportunities and increase retention across important customer groups
  • Work with marketing team on lead generation campaigns aimed at list growth


Experience & Skills:


  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong quantitative analytical ability and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Project management skills to initiate and drive efforts to completion
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams
  • Exceptionally organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
