About the Job

As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s talent acquisition efforts, not only by leading and mentoring your team but also as a working manager. In this hands-on role, you will manage your own requisitions and actively recruit for assigned positions while overseeing your team's performance. You’ll ensure the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day recruitment activities, maintain high standards of candidate experience, and develop strategies to meet MedPro’s evolving talent needs. This role is ideal for someone who excels at both leadership and active recruiting.


What You’ll Do

· Lead and supervise activities to attract and evaluate candidates through various sourcing methods (recruiting websites, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, etc.).

· Act as a working manager by managing and recruiting for your own requisitions while overseeing the broader team’s performance.

· Ensure recruitment policies and procedures are followed to fill positions efficiently and effectively.

· Oversee the creation and maintenance of job postings on internal and external platforms.

· Implement sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a steady flow of talent.

· Review and approve job advertisements, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand.

· Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

· Review employment applications, conduct background checks, drug screens, and manage onboarding paperwork.

· Oversee and participate in the onboarding process for new hires.

· Monitor and report key recruitment metrics to evaluate and optimize hiring processes.

· Stay informed on recruitment trends and incorporate them into the company’s strategy.

· Assist in the planning and execution of the employee referral program.

· Ensure job descriptions are up to date and reflective of each role’s requirements.

· Manage, mentor, and provide daily guidance to Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring performance targets are met.

· Perform other duties as required


Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

· At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.

· In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition methods and best practices.

· Proficiency with social media, job boards, and resume databases.

· Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Compensation

· $85,000 + Production Commission

· Weekly Pay

· Weekly Company-Wide Raffles based on production
