As an Insurance Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a team of passionate and results-driven health insurance agents engaged in outside sales activities. REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand the customer base, drive revenue growth, and promote the importance of health insurance coverage.
  • Monitor the team's sales activities, track individual and collective performance, and provide ongoing coaching to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor offerings to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth in the health insurance sector.
  • Ensure that the sales team operates within regulatory guidelines, adheres to company policies, and maintains the highest standards of ethical conduct.
