CaptiView is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to manage full-cycle sales, with a focus on telemarketing and outbound sales. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in telemarketing and advertising sales and be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships. This role includes a base salary plus commission.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to closing deals.
- Utilize telemarketing strategies to sell advertising space on CaptiView's 4K digital displays.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their advertising needs are met.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective outbound sales tactics.
- Collaborate with telemarketing salespeople to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Heavy outbound cold-calling experience.
- Experience with a self-sourced sales cycle.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Proven experience in telemarketing and advertising sales.
- Ability to negotiate sales contracts, terms and conditions to close deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM software, and a strong understanding of
- sales principles and customer service practices.
- Self-motivated and able to handle rejection. Must possess a high level of integrity and reliability.
