Position Summary

In search of an exceptional Executive Assistant for our CEO, we're focusing on two pivotal areas: dramatically enhancing our CEO's productivity and spearheading the creation of a world-class brand. This role demands a blend of meticulous organization and strategic branding skills. You'll be tasked with optimizing our CEO's schedule to ensure maximum efficiency and leading initiatives that elevate our brand to unprecedented heights. Core Responsibilities

  • Maximizing the CEO's Efficiency: Streamline the CEO's calendar, emails, and tasks to significantly increase their available time for critical decision-making and strategy. Implement systems and tools for better time management, decision delegation, and priority setting.
  • Brand Development and Management: Take charge of developing and maintaining a world-class brand for our executive and the firm. This includes curating a brand image, overseeing social media strategies, content creation, and public relations efforts to position our executive as a leading figure in the real estate industry.
  • Act as the CEO's right hand, ensuring flawless execution of day-to-day operations while also taking on strategic projects to drive growth.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications, maintaining coherence and ensuring that all messaging aligns with our brand's values and goals.
  • Engage in high-level project management, including strategic development and execution to advance our market position and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality, handling sensitive information with the utmost integrity.
  • Foster relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders, reinforcing the brand's presence and influence in the market.


Qualifications

  • Proven track record as an executive assistant, with a strong emphasis on organizational efficiency and brand management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with experience in brand development, marketing, and public relations.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating and promoting the brand vision both internally and externally.
  • Self-starter with an independent work ethic, complemented by a collaborative attitude.
  • Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, and Development industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
