Key Responsibilities: 


  • Reporting: Create and maintain weekly reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and other key data, both inside and outside the organization. 
  • Digital Platform Exploration: Learn and leverage new retail platforms while training others on new insights. 
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research on U.S. CPG and retail sectors. 
  • Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to inform business strategies. 
  • Business Modeling: Develop business models and financial projections. 
  • Support Business Development: Provide support for new retailer line reviews, client onboarding, and sales forecasting. 
  • Client Presentations: Present data-driven insights and recommendations. 
  • Project Management: Develop and lead comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for team, clients, and customers. 
  • Communication: Manage and prioritize communication between stakeholders including directors, account managers, brokers/operators, clients, and customers. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process optimizations within the client, division, and company. 


Qualifications: 


  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (business administration, data science, or economics) 
  • Experience: 2-4 years in retail business analysis or a related field, ideally within CPG. 
  • Skills: 
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI. 
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and high degree of accuracy in work. 
  • Skill in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines across multiple projects, especially when dealing with competing deadlines and limited resources. 
  • Experience with U.S. retail environments and familiarity with Walmart/Amazon is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). 
  • Eagerness to stay up to date on industry trends, new digital tools, and best practices in both business analysis and project management. 
  • Experience in developing business models and financial projections that support strategic initiatives and business growth. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions that drive business development and process improvements. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
