The Marketing Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing marketing data, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to drive our marketing strategies and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, social media, CRM systems)
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, and/or Looker to develop and monitor key performance metrics
- Create and disseminate regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social, email, and offline)
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to optimize future marketing strategies
- Assist in the setup and execution of A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven strategies
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to inform decision-making
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, and/or Looker
- Familiarity with social analytics platforms such as Brandwatch
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Certification in Google Analytics or Tableau is a plus
