• Leads the analysis and design in the Grants and Project module

• Understands the business requirements, captures functional and technical requirements, translates them into the Oracle Finance Cloud module requirements.

• Designs processes and prepares the solution blueprint for project and grants implementation.

• Architect and configures the cloud system.

• Participates in the Project implementation lifecycle – perform System and User acceptance testing with Users. provide training and Supports cutover and stabilizes the solution with post-go live support.

• Manage support and application maintenance.

Core Skills & Insights

• Experience in the full lifecycle implementation of at least three Oracle Projects/Grants Cloud implementations including but not limited to hands on configuration.

• Experience in the day-to-day activities of implementing Oracle Cloud Projects & Grants modules, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.

• Knowledge of integrations with other financial modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Purchasing, Fixed Assets and General Ledger.

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in business or technology consulting.

• 1 or more years public sector finance implementation experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or any related.

• Strong verbal and written executive communication skills
