You will work closely with our technical and R&D teams to understand client needs and present tailored solutions that showcase Liberty Ion’s expertise in decarbonization and electrochemical innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads for consulting, R&D services, and electrochemical research supplies.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with potential customers in academia, industry, and governmental sectors.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to understand product offerings and provide technical solutions that meet client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in electrochemical research and decarbonization.
  • Use Salesforce to manage leads, track sales progress, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive sales growth.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the R&D, electrochemical, or consulting industries.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce is a must.
  • Strong understanding of electrochemical research or related fields is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a benefit.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, remote environment.


Additional Information:

  • Remote work is allowed.
  • Compensation is results-driven, with a strong emphasis on performance-based incentives.
  • Initial training and onboarding will be paid as an independent contractor, with the goal of transitioning to a full-time position based on performance.
