We’re committed to building lasting relationships with our customers through personalized, value-driven communication. We’re looking for a Retention Marketing Manager who can take our email and SMS marketing strategies to new heights, ensuring our customers stay engaged and loyal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retention Strategy Development: Create and implement retention marketing strategies that increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn through targeted email and SMS campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of personalized, segmented email and SMS campaigns using CRM platforms, with a strong focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Platform Expertise: Utilize platforms like Klaviyo (or similar) to design, deploy, and optimize retention campaigns. Experience with other CRM tools and platforms is a plus.
- Customer Segmentation: Leverage customer data to create detailed segments and tailor messaging to resonate with different audience groups.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of email and SMS campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- A/B Testing: Design and conduct A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, send times, and other campaign elements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and effective messaging.
- CRM Management: Oversee the management and optimization of CRM databases to ensure data accuracy and effective segmentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Retention Marketing Manager, CRM Manager, or similar role with a focus on email and SMS marketing.
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms, with hands-on experience in Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalized messaging strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen attention to detail.
