In this exciting Litigation Paralegal position, you will:

  • Assist attorneys with trial prep
  • Handle Discovery and records management
  • Summarize medical and employment records, create medical chronologies, summarize discovery responses, prepare meet and confer correspondence
  • Handle motion writing, oppositions to motions including discovery motions, motions to continue trial


Education, Experience, and Skills of the Litigation Paralegal candidate:

  • 3+ years paralegal experience in a law firm
  • Insurance defense experience preferred
  • Civil litigation experience required
  • Familiarity with performing research tasks using web-based legal research services
  • Experience working with paperless files. iManage experience a plus
  • Must successfully pass a background/drug screen
  • Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate from ABA approved program required.
