About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the litigation process, from investigation to trial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the litigation process, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation
  • Assist attorneys in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions
  • Coordinate and manage document production and review, including organizing documents and creating databases
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, court appearances, and trial proceedings
  • Ensure all court deadlines are met and manage case calendars
  • Maintain detailed case files and update necessary information within the electronic filing system
  • Facilitate communication and coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and other third parties
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury
  • Proficiency in document review, case management, and drafting legal documents
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, compliance, and electronic filing systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects
  • Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite
