About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team at Jobot. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys in the preparation and trial of personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the litigation process, from investigation to trial, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
  • Coordinate and manage document production and review, including organizing documents and creating databases.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, court appearances, and trial proceedings.
  • Ensure all court deadlines are met and manage case calendars.
  • Maintain detailed case files and update necessary information within the electronic filing system.
  • Facilitate communication and coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and other third parties.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in the personal injury field.
  • Proficiency in document review, case management, and drafting legal documents.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, legal compliance, and electronic filing systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
