Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager for Core Personnel Staffing, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and overall performance of a branch office. Your main objective will be to ensure efficient staffing operations, maintain client relationships, and drive business growth in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

*Must have light industrial staffing background*

Tasks

⦁ Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, recruitment, client management, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.

⦁ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring excellent customer service. Address any client concerns or issues promptly and work towards building long-term partnerships.

⦁ Staffing and Recruitment: Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure an adequate pool of qualified candidates for client requirements. Monitor and assess the performance of recruiters and implement strategies to optimize the recruitment process.

⦁ Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the branch's market. Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue. Collaborate with the business development team to implement effective sales and marketing initiatives.

⦁ Performance Management: Set performance targets and goals for the branch and monitor the achievement of those targets. Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to staff members to enhance their performance and drive results.

⦁ Financial Management: Manage branch finances, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue forecasting. Monitor financial performance and implement measures to achieve profitability targets.

⦁ Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures. Prepare regular reports on branch performance, including key metrics, staffing trends, and financial results.

⦁ Team Development: Foster a positive and productive work environment. Recruit, train, and develop staff members to build a skilled and motivated team. Provide ongoing training and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
