Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and the highest standards of professional service. Effective Communication:

Utilize your exceptional bilingual communication skills to foster a clear and inclusive atmosphere both within the team and in client interactions. Financial Oversight:

Manage the branch's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability. Innovative Problem-Solving:

Qualifications : Current book of business exceeding $15,000 in monthly premiums is a MUST. Proven experience as a manager and Escrow Officer. Familiarity with the latest industry trends and shifts. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with Qualia is a huge plus.
