What will you do in this role?

As our Content Marketing Specialist, your task is to translate our passion and technical prowess into compelling and relatable content for our target audience. Collaborating closely with various teams, including marketing, product, and security, you will play an essential role in shaping Splashtop's online voice.


The key responsibilities of this role will require you to:

  • Copywriting Excellence: Create persuasive website content highlighting the benefits and features of our SaaS solutions.
  • Content Strategy: Develop strategies with the marketing team to align content with business goals, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Technical Acumen: Quickly understand and convey technical aspects of our solutions.
  • SEO Optimization: Produce valuable content that aligns with our SEO strategy. Utilize tools including SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console, to monitor and improve performance.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to keep our messaging current.
  • Collaboration: Work with teams across Splashtop, especially the SEO manager and product/security specialists, to create unique content.
  • Project Management: Manage content projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company standards.


Who you are?

  • 1-3 years of B2B copywriting experience, preferably in tech or SaaS.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to convert complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience writing for remote access, IT, or support solutions.
  • Knowledge of SaaS and remote work trends.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant B2B writing samples.
