Meet is partnered with a unique specialty pharmaceutical company focused in the eyecare space, in their search for a dynamic and experienced Director of Eyecare Sales to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our eyecare sales division, developing strategic sales initiatives, and driving revenue growth in the eyecare market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals in the eyecare sector.
  • Grow a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to enhance product offerings and drive customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on eyecare products.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, leading teams, and developing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the eyecare market, including industry trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
