Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Office Assistant for a property management company in Clarksburg, MD. This positon is fully in office and full-time - 35-40 hours per week. The pay rate is from $18-20 per hour. This role is temporary but may go permanent for the right candidate.

Duties include but are not limited to:

* Processing rent payments.

* Answering phones.

* Scheduling tours of the property

* Send Prospects rental applications

* Accepting and processing applications

* Addressing current resident concerns

* Assist the property manager with all daily operations

* Addresses and promptly resolves questions, requests, and complaints from tenants.

* Input tenant maintenance requests

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Computer savvy
  • Good attention to detail
