Job Description

Education Required:

• Bachelors’ Degree


Skills Required:

• Excellent oral and written communications skills including the ability to clearly articulate computer and information technology concepts to a varied audience

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple schedules and events, and interface with other organizations in a manner that exemplified personal and professional integrity

• Ability to obtain federal security clearance


Job Responsibilities:

• Coordination and management of cybersecurity training and initiatives

• Develop new outreach initiatives and public awareness cyber campaigns

• Serve as intelligence-sharing conduit for and between partners

• Attendance at all department-related meetings with partners

• Increase the visibility of the department within the community

• Serve as the primary point of contact for developing new and fostering current public/private partnerships

• Planning and organization of regularly scheduled department meetings

• Coordination and development of department-related documentation (i.e. standard operating procedures, memorandums of understanding, etc.)

• Proficiency in Department of Justice grant requirements, systems, and reporting, including familiarity with Grants Management System

• Sustainment of current grant funding, including quarterly reporting, continuation proposals, general accounting, and budgetary changes

• Coordination with the Central Management Office regarding grant funding, procurement, and documentation

• Responsible for finding and authoring new funding opportunities that fit within the scope of task force mandates

• Responsible for coordination of task force travel and scheduling
