The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Legislative Researcher to work on multiple publications for a well-established association focused on compliance and regulatory issues. The Legislative Researcher will research, synthesize, and present complex legislation to various audiences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the unique ability to digest complicated information and translate complex concepts into very understandable publications/presentations intended for a broad range of viewership.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Research and analyze relevant new legislation and regulations
  • Summarize laws and regulations for surveys
  • Act as the primary editor for multiple association publications
  • Build relationships with member organizations


Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in legal research, writing, and editing
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of compliance and regulatory processes
