Program Manager:


We are looking for 8-10 years of Program/Project Management with good CyberSecurity project experience

Must have STRONG experience with executive PowerPoint Presentations

Experience with Infrastructure Projects

Must have exposure to CyberSecurity aspects

MBA or Masters degree preferred


Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience
  • 8+ Years in a Program/Project management position
  • Hands-on experience in managing complex, technical projects
  • Strong experience with PowerPoint presentations


Preferred:

  • PMP, CSM or other relevant professional designation
  • Six Sigma or other process improvement training
  • OCM (Organizational Change Management) Prosci certification


SKILLS:

Required:

  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel
  • Intermediate project management skills
  • Ability to be flexible when needed, take initiative, and demonstrate accountability
  • Strong oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge
  • Keen understanding of project dependencies and program interdependencies
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new methods and work under tight deadlines
  • Highly advanced ability to manage & prioritize multiple projects and teams simultaneously in accordance with goals
  • Advanced investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and also coordinate activities of a team
  • Highly advanced ability to translate business needs and problems into viable/accepted solutions
  • Ability to conceptualize and design multiple ideas/solutions for projects
  • Highly advanced ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines
  • Highly advanced persuasion and negotiation skills when working with internal and external customers

  • Experience with Project Management Office and/or PMO delivery models
