Our client within the manufacturing realm is seeking Talent Effectiveness Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a newly developed role with the team on a direct hire basis. This role works closely with the HR and Finance team to support the talent systems process, recruitment support and update employee records. The ideal candidate for this role has 2-4 years of administrative experience, can handle a high volume of reports and is tech savvy.
Title: Talent Effectiveness Coordinator
Pay: $50-60k on a direct hire basis (based on experience)
Work location: 100% onsite in Lincolnwood, IL
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the recruitment process, including partnership with recruiting agencies, posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates
- Facilitates the Internship/Summer Help programs
- Maintains recruitment databases and track the status of candidates
- Supports the design and delivery of talent development programs, including leadership development, performance management, and succession planning
- Coordinates the logistics for training sessions, workshops, and seminars, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communication
- Prepares reports and presentations on talent metrics and program effectiveness for Leadership Team
- Supports the development and distribution of communications to promote talent effectiveness programs and initiatives
- Assists in the administration of employee assessments and development tools
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of administrative experience
- High School Diploma required, Associate/Bachelor Degree preferred
- MS Office Suites savvy
- Any HRIS system preferred
