We are seeking an experienced AV Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Cisco AV equipment and be highly proficient in managing and supporting Webex and Microsoft Teams environments. This role requires on-site presence in Washington, DC office to ensure the seamless operation of our audio-visual systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide expert support for Webex and Microsoft Teams, including setup, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure AV systems meet organizational needs.
  • Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and testing of AV systems to prevent downtime.
  • Offer hands-on support during meetings, conferences, and other events, ensuring all AV needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and best practices to recommend improvements.
  • Train and assist staff in using AV systems effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with AV equipment.
  • Strong proficiency in Cisco AV, Webex, Microsoft Teams, with a proven track record of supporting these platforms.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Washington, DC office as required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively assist and train end-users.
