About the Role


We are working with a leading real estate development company in Grapevine, TX, seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Administrator. This exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of managing contracts, real estate transactions, and compliance-related tasks.


As a Contract Administrator, you will be instrumental in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across various administrative and contractual processes.


Key Responsibilities for the Contract Administrator position include:


  • Draft and review key documents, including land purchase contracts, builder takedown agreements, and subdivision CCRs.
  • Manage title commitments, land surveys, and title policies to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate land acquisition and development loan closings.
  • Oversee property tax functions, such as valuation reviews, protest coordination, and tax payment tracking.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and builders, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Handle lot closings, reporting, and maintenance of company organizational records.
  • Support new entity formations and organizational compliance processes.


Skills and Experience Required for the Contract Administrator:


  • A high school diploma or GED (a college degree is advantageous).
  • At least 5 years of office experience, ideally in real estate development, construction, or title companies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several ongoing projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel at an intermediate or advanced level.
  • Typing speed of 50-60 WPM by touch.
