Required:
- Semiconductor , biotech, or tech industry experience
- Past experience hiring hourly direct labor for manufacturing OR experience recruiting for Engineers
- Comfortable and experienced doing full cycle recruiting, including scheduling
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with the ability to carry a req load of 20 to 25 reqs.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
- Immigration knowledge, processes, compliance/visa processing
Preferred:
- Experience using Success Factors
- advanced degree
- Willing/able to support hiring managers in Pacific Standard Time, Central, or EST
Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition is accountable for leveraging an in-depth understanding of the workforce planning needs within assigned business units to drive talent acquisition strategies aimed at attracting and hiring a diverse, high-caliber talent pool for the organization.
Job Description:
Executes the strategic workforce hiring plan for the business by managing requisitions for end-to-end recruitment of internal and external talent.
Collaborates with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners throughout the recruitment and selection process.
Assesses applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, conducting interviews based on standardized criteria.
Determines recruiting needs by analyzing organizational plans and objectives; meets with managers to assess requirements.
Develops applicant sources, including cultivating networks to identify qualified passive candidates.
Provides insights on optimal sourcing channels and functional talent; acts as a key advisor on staffing and recruitment strategies, offering consultation and guidance.
Supports talent strategy by presenting diverse interview slates; evaluates potential candidates and conducts assessments of their skills, knowledge, and abilities.
Implements sourcing strategies to attract prospects, optimize talent pipelines, and reduce reliance on external agencies.
Manages candidate experience, ensures hiring manager satisfaction, and tracks various talent acquisition metrics.
Utilizes technology for applicant tracking, candidate management, and reporting.
Ensures compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and regulatory data reporting requirements.
