Implementation Specialist

Revela is seeking an Implementation Specialist to oversee and manage the new client experience as they transition to the Revela solution. This individual is responsible for data setup, communication/client relationships, data integrity, and training through the implementation process.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3+ years of project/program management experience
- A passion for building relationships and providing a superior client experience
- Self-starter with the ability to independently manage your own time and project tasks
- Ability to collaborate and effectively work with other internal departments to deliver on client expectations
- Proactive approach to solving problems and communicating expectations and needs to all internal project stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills that allow for managing multiple projects simultaneously
What You’ll Do
On any given day, you’ll be collaborating with internal teams and clients to execute a variety of tasks and functions, including, but not limited to:
- Understanding client goals and integrating them into effective client implementation plans to handle the handoff from sales to implementation.
- Designing client implementation plans and timelines based on client needs and goals.
- Meeting and coordinating with clients to gather and set up data necessary for implementation.
- Communicating and advocating solution needs of onboarding clients to internal teams to increase client satisfaction.
- Setting up client data in the Revela system based on client structure and goals.
- Auditing and reviewing data upon setup for accuracy to ensure a smooth transition during go-live.
- Continually improving upon implementation processes for internal training and onboarding purposes.
- Assisting clients in implementing Revela’s suite of value added products and services beyond our core software platform.
- Leading client training sessions to train new users on overall usage, best practices and additional ways Revela can help streamline their daily operations.
- Creating and enhancing user training documentation for system features and functionality for ongoing, scalable user support.
- Facilitating handoffs to account manager upon system go-live.
- Tracking and managing implementation KPIs such as key milestones, adherence to timelines, and budget/hours dedicated to projects.
