Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Negotiate sales and close deals, and meet monthly targets
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team/Management to identify and grow opportunities within the market
  • Utilize our ERP System to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Assist in business development activities to expand the customer base
  • Coordinate the prompt handling of customer service requests including, but not limited to, order entry, quotes and expediting
  • Other duties may be assigned as required by Management


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years inside sales or customer service experience
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
  • Familiar with negotiation techniques
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure
  • Excellent detail orientation, digital competence, problem-solving ability, and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of technical sales processes or experience with
  • Thermocouples/Thermowells is a plus


Secondary Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
