Employment Type: Full Time; Temp-to-permanent

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the customers daily needs from the order process to the delivery at the customers facilities.
  • Coordinating with Logistics, Quality, Finance and other departments to assure the customers needs are in line with commercial agreements and plant capacity.
  • Managing orders including sales order entry based on contract review and sales forecast for orders to the site, consignments sales, credit/debit notes and sales returns.
  • Making changes based on availability and notifying customers of those changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a scientific related field
  • Must possess good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Must be able to multi-task well and be able to adapt and pivot to changes easily.
